I saw your performance on "The Inappropriate Show" this afternoon and thought "Mrs. Sandman" was so hilarious! I listened to some of your other songs on "Pair-O'-D's" and you've definitely got a creative brain (and a wonderful singing voice). On-key, funny, AND acapella? Fabulous job! I'll be ordering a copy of "Pair-O'-D's" this week. Keep up the intelligent and entertaining creativity! -- Alex

K.C., your parodies are really fabulous, and you've got such a resonant voice to go with it. Thanks for being so clever, upbeat and a truly driving force. Look forward to hearing more of your work in the future, and you'll be getting a CD order from me soon. Great mind, great voice!

K.C. Your beautiful expressions of joyful optimism soar in your terrific collection of Marriage Equality songs. I admire your commitment to this cause in the face of unspeakable bigotry. Your voice reminds us, in an artistic and ethical way, that we cannot sit idly by while allowing others to dictate our rights. Thanks, K.C., for your willingness to sing out in your clear and present voice for us!

Listening to K.C.'s "America" acknowledges how far the LGBT community has come in its struggle for equality while also recognizing "we have not yet reached our stars." The meaningful lyrics of the "America" rendition emphasize our community's pending same-sex marriage rights. As K.C. powerfully sings, "With a dream, we will make it there." And proudly broadcasts, "Homes, we will take our rightful place. Mike with Ted and Elaine with Grace. Marriage rights will be sworn. Marriage rights will be sworn. It's coming to America." Give it a listen. I think you will agree that this robust and meaningful song has the potential to serve as an anthem in our quest for LGBTQ marriage rights.

KC, your music and lyrics continue to inspire us in the fight for civil rights, reminding us that setbacks are just bumps in the road, and that any sign of progress is a cause for celebration and renewed commitment. Sing it loud, sing it proud!

A friend in the Bay Area told me about this fabulous singer she's been catching at some open mics and gave me your website link. Your original songs are so lyrically powerful and moving, and your voice is incredible! And Breakaway was an awesome cover, are you going to do more cover work? I'd pay to hear you if I were in the bay area. PLEASE, record more and put it on your website! You'll get a lot of fans here in Minneapolis, I promise!

I hadn't had the pleasure of listening to you prior to hearing an announcement about you on the 1973 Raytown South website. I was in the class of '72. These sound fantastic. Keep up the great work. Let me know when you play in KC.

Hey KC--I just wanted to let you know I finally got to listen to you. I enjoyed your music very much. It was also a pleasure to do business with you for Mr. Rosenquest, and I have almost gotten all the documents I need, thanks to your assistance.
Be well. You rock, girlfriend.

Wishing you all the best on your musical journey!
I'm no longer teaching group dance classes on Thursdays but I still do private lessons.
